"Our room was OK. When we got there, there was nobody at the front desk. We probably waited maybe seven or eight minutes before somebody even came. She said that she was doing several jobs because she was the only one there. We were on the third floor and the icemaker didn’t work."

"The room was clean upon arrival and between days, fresh towels were provided along with a bed refresh. However, the mattress was not very comfortable. We had two queens and both were rather hard."
