Private pool, private dock, private beach. Pets are allowed with booking option. LONG Range VIEW! Location, Location, Location! Looking dead East, our sunrises are unbelievable. Sunsets are purple and reflective from the west side! Full Moon rises in the east as well. Very special.

In town Lexington location. 5 mins from the Publix grocery! Take out pizza, Thai food, burgers, Irish ☘️ pub, and vibrant Main Street Lexington. Many other Lake Murray properties will put you far away from any amenities. We are in a central Lexington location !

Walk to Sandy Beach on Lake Murray for an evening stroll. Boat to sandy in 2 minutes! World Famous Purple Martin (Bomb Island) 5 min boat ride away. Hurricane Cove in Chapin 20 mins away. Liberty on the Lake Restaurant 15 min ride. Lake Murray Dam to the towers 15 min ride. Spence Island 10 min boat ride.

We have our private dock for you to tie up any boat for during your week stay. 15 mins from boat ramp at Jakes. We have parking on our lot for your boat trailer. In case you want to bring 2 boats we have a beach area for tying up extra boats. If you need a boat rental recommendation, we have a great local company. We have 2 kayaks for your use. Provided Cornhole for backyard fun.

Newer 5 bedroom, all brick, fully furnished home on Lake MURRAY. Private fiberglass pool, hot tub jacuzzi, and sandy beach area with fire pit. Sun shades added for 2023 season! Deep water dock for great swimming. Back extended deck with gas grill overlooks big water. Kitchen table sits 8, plus 3 at island, and we have an extra folding table with 4 chairs for more seating.

There is a fully fenced area around the pool. Your pet is welcomed with great behavior and the pet fee applied.

Furnished living room with 60 inch flat screen. Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. Solid Wifi throughout. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. Down the hall enters a large oversized bonus room for sleeping and kids to play! We have a TV, Xbox, etc. Super fast internet

Free weight Work out gym in the garage.

All liens provided. Newer washer/dryer in laundry room. Our lot is almost 1 acre! Plenty of parking for all guest. Solid parking if you have a boat trailer. Full second fridge in garage.

Great stay on Lake Murray!

House was spacious, clean and right on the water. Nice pool, dock, and beach. About 30 minutes from downtown Columbia but it was a great spot for us to celebrate our son’s graduation from USC!

Great property!

The property was beautiful and the location was great! The owner was very responsive and check-in/out was smooth and easy. We had two families with kids and two small dogs and the house was perfect for us!

Beautiful lake

We enjoyed our time at the house on the lake. A local fishing charter was great and we rented a boat for another day. We enjoyed the pool, hot ub, and campfires.

Great Family Trip

We had a great stay here on our annual family vacation. The amenities were more than we expected. The view was amazing. We rented a boat for several days, so it was nice being able to dock it right on the property. Kris was very helpful with questions. Our pup even had a blast! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house with incredible landscaping. Big deck overlooking swimming pool. Dock is great for fishing or a dip in the lake. Owner friendly and responsive. You can’t go wrong if you stay here

Family Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was GREAT having the pool for the little ones and the older children enjoyed the lake . Great place for all 11 of us. We wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Thanks for the memories !!

Fun spot!

We stayed at the house with 12 people - half were kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and fire pit… of course Lake Murray is wonderful for tubing and exploring. Always a nice time and this house was clean and plenty of space for everyone.

New Years on the Lake

We stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years. My brother lives in Lexington and the family stayed together. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, fire table and lake views. The indoor gas fireplace was not accessible. Otherwise everything listed was perfect. Beautiful house in a great location.

Family vacation

We are normally beach people but decided to do something different this year. Glad we did! We had a great time. House was great. Sandy beach was perfect for little ones. Enjoyed the pool after day on the lake. Would definitely vacation at lake again!

Beautiful & Clean!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean with everything you need for meals etc. The view of the lake is amazing. We enjoyed the pool and spending evenings on the porch watching the sun set. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and well kept. The layout of the home is perfect for large groups with kids. Highly recommend! This was one of our favorite rentals by far and we hope to return.

Golf Weekend

Got a few guys together for a weekend golf trip. Wsih we had more time at the house to enjoy it but it was what we needed to relax after the round from hot tub to fire pit.

Perfect vacation spot!

The house was gorgeous and fit all of us perfectly. The pool was such a nice addition! We rented a pontoon boat for a few days and docked it right at the house. The boys fished off shore and caught some huge catfish at night. The area has plenty of restaurants or you can order pizza right to the house. We really enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic family vacation on the lake!

Our family loved this rental. We had 7 adults and 2 children. The kids loved fishing and playing in the sand on the beach. The pool was perfect and the views were amazing. Perfect Lake Vacation

This property was more than perfect! The house was even better than photos showed! The landscape around the pool was beautiful! It totally inspired me to want to plant some of the same plants around my pool! The home provided more than you could ever need while vacationing at the lake! Place had everything we needed/expected and more. On a beautiful area of the lake. Kids enjoyed the pool and catching fish off of the dock. Had enough space for our group of 14. Appreciated the kitchen set up and utensils, cookware, etc. Also very nice to have rhe extra frudge in the garage. 100% recommend if you are looking for a pool/lake combination.

All you could ask for !

Our weather wasn’t the best but we managed to have fun between the raindrops! Our family of 14 fit beautifully ! The kitchen is extremely well stocked which made it easy and having the large kitchen island was fantastic for preparing meals. Everyone loved their foam mattress beds, found them very comfortable. The pool, hot tub, the beach, fishing dock, outdoor deck and grill just added to the vacation vibes! A great spot most certainly !!! Would definitely recommend this home!
