would have been nice to have breakfast served until 10AM. I-75 noise was pretty noticeable. Thin walls, no seals around door allowed noise from hallway and neighbors to intrude. TV remote was unfathomable to display channel.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Being a highway hotel we are always trying to mitigate road noise. As you were aware, the hotel is undergoing full renovations and the next phase in this process will be new windows and enhancement to the exterior of the building.

Property was under construction, a mess everywhere.. keys didn’t work well to get in room or building… no food at breakfast at 8:30am…

The renovation notice is clearly stated on the hotel information page as we are in the process of major upgrades to the entire hotel.Breakfast items are replenished based on our food handling requirements. If an item was not present that you were looking for the breakfast attendant would have been happy to have taken care of your requests.Once again thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

Construction and loud noises everywhere, no power when going in to room. Staff contacted maintenance whom rectified. Reception changed room and it was satisfactory.

Thank you for your feedback.The notice regarding renovations is available on the hotel page when you scroll to the bottom. We have been under renovations for several months as we upgrade our rooms, public space, and the hotel exterior.We are pleased that our staff was able to reset the breaker in the room in a timely manner.

Customer service was truly the main issue here. We were supposed to check in at 3, but was told the room wasn’t ready. Usually this isn’t a big deal but when you’re trying to make a wedding it is. The customer service representative was RUDE no understanding or friendly conversation just rude. Also there was one lady who looked like she work there but SAT around the whole time we were there. The beds we’re rock hard as well. This is my first time staying at Fairfield and it will surely be the last!

We can assure you that no employee was sitting around while you were waiting for your room. We like many hotels throughout the country are under staff shortages and each employee works hard to deliver the best service possible.

There was mold on the ceiling and could see water damage. Staff didn’t care. Bathroom wall has something all over it. Elevator had sign stating only one or two people at a time, carpet had ripples in it as it was coming up or not installed correctly- my child tripped on it every time

Thank you for staying with us. We are getting ready to go into a full renovation so items you mentioned are being replaced. The elevator sign states 1 family or less than 2 people in accordance with local guidelines pertaining to health and safety stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The air was turned off in the room so everything was damp and smelled. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and many doors were boken. The breakfast was really good and super friendly staff!
