  • The Pineapple Palace operated many years as the Pineapple Inn, bed and breakfast and now is set up to host and entertain large and small groups alike, sleeping up to 10 guests. Come experience the charm and elegance of this beautiful home in the historic downtown of Georgetown, Kentucky. Georgetown is nestled in the heart of horse country and the bourbon trail. This newly renovated home boast a gourmet kitchen, oversized living room, gorgeous woodwork, large stately rooms, front porch, 5 bedrooms with smart TVs and 5 full baths. The abundant space continues to the outdoor living area hosting a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, yard games and a detached garage hang out space. Whether you're a seasoned horseman, a bourbon connoisseur, an avid traveler or anyone in between, we at Roam Harvest Share believe the Pineapple Palace will meet all your needs for an enjoyable getaway.

    **The property is equipped with video and audio security cameras that record the exterior of the property. Cameras are located at the front and back doors as well as the patio area and the South side of the property. NO cameras in the hot tub area.Please Note:
    This STR is regulated by the city of Georgetown KY Ordinance NO. 2022-25. Failure to adhere to these policies as a guest may result in removal from the property and/or loss of security deposit.
