The unit was clean and had the very basics needed for a stay. This was a half double with both sides in the VRBO rental program. On the night of our stay, there was a party taking place on the other side. The walls were thin and we could hear everything. I contacted the owner at 10:30pm and she said she would make contact with the people on the other side to turn down the music. The party ended at 3:30am and we were out by 7am. It was not a relaxing stay while traveling.

Hi Mike, once again I am very sorry that you all had this experience. I contacted the guest twice (via the platform messaging system and cell phone) after you reached out to me. An hour later I reached back out to you to see if the issue was resolved and I got no response. For clarification this unit is part of a duplex which has two sides that do not connect with each other. I was out of town this specific night and had no way of approaching the property. But based on review of the outside cameras there were no unregistered guests or vehicles detected in the other side so it is unfair to say there was a “party” with only 4 people on the property. One may refer to it as a disruptive guest. Again I apologize for your experience and thank you for taking the time to review the property.

Very well taken care of newer unit. The decor is modern, yet very comfortable. Very well stocked with all you might need to cook your own meals. Lots of coffee pods provided for morning coffee, which was very nice. Great location with easy access to local dining, stores etc.

Very nice, clean, loved the two bed and two bath!
Place was very clean, and well put together. Beds and sofa were also comfortable. I had trouble with the Bluetooth lock, but they answered right away, and was able to use a realtors key. Would stay again!

This property is newly renovated and very clean. The furnishings are minimal for optimal space. The kitchen is spacious and updated with very nice appliances. The beds are comfortable. We liked being able to park in the garage. Very nice accommodations! We have already recommended it to other friends visiting the area.

Loved this property and the host was fantastic! Always quick to respond, and easy to deal with. Was unaware it was a duplex, but met the neighbors on the driveway one day, and they are really nice. Unit is clean, comfortable and will definitely stay here again if in the area!

If you’re looking for a place in the Richmond, KY area- this should definitely be one you consider. Clean, classy and convenient to anything you might need. Easy drive to Lexington if you’re looking for a day trip. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Richmond.

Cute and clean tucked away modern cottage
When we arrived it was just ahead of subzero temps in the region. Check in was not a problem at all, super smooth. Be sure to follow the check in instructions for this house! Because the weather was not cooperative there was some intermittent power loss at the end of the second day. I am glad there were candles and the door system is not tied to the house power! Cassie was super during this whole thing. She was in contact with us during the stay and was super responsive. The house is simply stocked with a few basics. Minor kitchen items and towels. So depending on your needs, I would say assess first. The house is super clean and tidy and there are a few cleaning tools around for your minor messes.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood! Stores and restaurants a short distance away, I-75 just minutes away!! I do recommend slippers/houseshoes if staying during winter months. Floors were very cold, but that was our only complaint. Extremely clean!! We travel a lot and this was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. We have family in the area so we will definitely stay again if available!!

Wonderful property! Amazing decorations, space and perfect for our 4 person family. Enjoyed the kitchen while preparing food to take to our local family’s house for vacation. Perfect place to stay to visit friends and family in Lexington and Berea. Would love to stay here again!

Very cute, but not ideal if you have allergies
PROS: Quiet neighborhood, spacious, nice layout, easy to access once you get the app installed, clean to the eye, lots of counter space, easy access from the highway without highway noise. CONS: The furniture must not get vacuumed and is either full of dust mites or they make pet exceptions for themselves... I had such an allergic reaction to the couch/bed I couldn't sleep and one of my eyes swelled up pretty big (I don't recall having an allergic reaction like that since childhood). Husband was fine. If you're not an allergy sufferer, you'd probably dig this place.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the feedback. I can assure that there have been no pets in the unit and the furniture is vacuumed and disinfected in between each stay. I am allergy to animals myself and clean the unit a majority of the time unless work interferes. Which is why I enforce a no pet policy. This was a great place, pics do not do it justice, it’s an immaculate little home. Neighbourhood was quite and felt completely safe while staying there. If I’m ever in Kentucky I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place near EKU
This was a perfect place for us to stay while moving our son into his dorm at EKU. It was only about 10 minutes to campus, even in the heavier move-in traffic. Walmart and Kroger are about 5 minutes away. Every restaurant you could want also is within 10-15 minutes. The unit itself looked and smelled brand new. It was great to have a garage for my son to put his car in, to keep all his belongings out of the sun for his overnight with us. The 2 queen sized beds were incredibly comfy, as was the sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well appointed, with super clean appliances and plenty of room to cook. The stacking washer/dryer was great to have. The neighborhood seems to be a nice family place. A few families were sitting on their front porches, and there was no noise of yelling people or speeding cars at any time. We look forward to staying here again throughout our son’s 4 years at EKU.

Soon as you walked into the townhouse you knew it was clean and updated. It has a nice open floor plan. It has large TV sets and free Wifi. The kitchen is functional and large. There is laundry and coffee available. If you split the price with another person, it is less than what you would pay at a hotel.

Nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood
This would be an ideal spot for a longer stay. Having a garage is a nice plus as well! The unit seems newly renovated with stylish decorations and was extremely clean. Host was communicative and very nice. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Keep in mind that you’re about 30 minutes from downtown Lexington. You’re also very close to 75, grocery stores and lots of food options.

Booked the place for a one nighter while on a road trip. Arrived late at night and the door is accessed through your phone which was super easy. The house appears to be brand new. The neighborhood was safe and pleasant to go for a walk in the next morning. Zero complaints!

Great place to stay overnight. Very close to the interstate and restaurants. Sometimes we want something a little more home like when traveling with family. We liked the ease of communication with the manager-great stay and would do so again!

Fantastic property! Looks exactly like the pictures, if not better in person. Everything looks brand new, internet is super fast and stable, and decorated very well. Seems like you're at a home and not just some random place you're staying at for the day/week. Highly recommend Sidenote: Lake Reba Park is fabulous for the kids! And it's only a few minutes away

Our stay here was perfect - we had to drive in late, the property manager was super helpful in making sure we would get in after hours. Great communication! Place was spotless with plenty of room for our family of four. One of our teens even used the roll-out bed which he said was very comfortable. Linens were all clean and super soft.
