Family friendly village. Good pools + store and minidisco at the evenings. Maybe if you are planning a longer stay (1-2 weeks), then you might want to go some other places also. The village is far away at the country side and ther is no bublic transportation near. Taxi and Uber are VERY expensive. Closest bus stop is abt 1,2-2 km away. We left the village almost every day, so there was a lot of walking. If you are planning to stay only at the village, then no problem. It is a very nice place for families.

We’ve just returned from a week staying here and it was our first experience of a Eurocamp. The good: - 24 hour reception and easy check in - accommodation was clean - Beds were made up on arrival - Lots of towels were provided - Hand soap and body/hair wash was provided - there was air con in the accommodation - On-site food places were only slightly more expensive than offsite - There was a free road train to take you from top of the park to the entertainment centre, this was great as we were completely the other end to all the entertainment. It did only run at certain times of the day though so not hugely convenient. - There’s lots of small playgrounds around The bad parts: - the kitchen was very basic there was no oven, kettle or toaster so it was difficult to be self-catering. - the accommodation units are packed in very closely together so you can hear neighbours conversations, chairs scraping and just general movements at all times of day/night - Not sure if this is a common thing abroad but you have to wear yellow wristbands for the duration of your stay. Trying to get a child to wear this is a nightmare and it highlights you as a tourist when you visit nearby places which made me feel nervous of being targeted for theft. - Booking through a third party limits your options to report problems. We had a fault with our aircon unit on day 2 and couldn’t use the web app to report it because we had booked through hotels.com so had to go to reception to report it.

unbelievably great for your family. The kids pool is so safe; knee depth, rubber type, non slip flooring which was incredible! never seen any rubbish or dog mess at any point during our 9nights which was shocking because any self catering holiday in the uk we’ve been to is usually covered in filth. Activities, restaurants, and the supermarket were really good prices, like €12 for a full day of bike hire and €11 for a large pizza. The only thing i would strongly recommend is using really good insect repellent, we got eaten alive during the nights. Looking for our next eurocamps trip already.

They gave us the mid-tier unit (forgot its name). This is a mobile home type of unit (think of a trailer w/o wheels). Everything is new, clean and tidy. Sheets, towels, pillows, all new and excellent quality. Only problem was the noise. Units aren't very well insulated and really close to each other, so a noisy neighbor becomes a major issue. Close to the pool they had live (very loud) music during the whole weekend till 2am. Considerable distance between parking and unit.

It was just awful. After having to wait almost half an hour, for the key to our house we were sent to the "nearest parking lot P6". After parking we went to the house, it turns out that on the map they gave us they had mistaken which house was ours (maybe intentionally) the phone number provided by the reception also turned out to be not working why I wonder now. By the time we got to the house and returned to the car no more than 15 minutes. It turned out that the car was broken and all our belongings were gone. We received assistance from the hotel's back office but we were refused a refund for the unused nights. Not to mention our belongings laptops camera and clothes for all 6 of us

GO ELSEWHERE! Closed facilities. Total rip off!

We were located 0.6km from facilities despite requesting closer but told shuttle bus would be available till 9pm. At 7:30pm shuttle bus told us he was finished and we struggled to walk up steep hill with toddler in pushchair, swimming bags and 6 bags of heavy shopping. Charged extra for towels and linen despite paying same rate for 6 people (only 2 of us, plus toddler) and was supposed to be included. Kept altering closing times of pools, restaurants, supermarket without any notice resulting in lots of wasted trips and not being abe to use facilities we had paid for. Not interested in our complaints even though they admitted everything we said. Dirty room on arrival. Should have received a refund. Be warned. Very poor. Never again!

Fantastisk plass med noko for alle i familien. Vi budde I alpehytte Superior, den var nydelig. Ganske ny å heilt ren. Vi hadde booka 5 natter men valgte å bli to til. Veldig fint område med alt vi trengte. Butikk og restauranter på området. Flere basseng og kveldsunderholdning kvar kveld til kl 23. Vil virkelig anbefale dette stedet.

Struttura in posizione perfetta per raggiungere diverse destinazioni turistiche e di divertimento. I servizi ottimi, tra piscine, ristoranti, divertimenti, spettacoli ecc., sebbene i prezzi della ristorazione un pò alti per ciò che si ottiene. La casa mobile molto carina, comoda ed attrezzata, sebbene basterebbe qualche piccolo dettaglio di attenzione per aumentare di molto la qualità percepita, come qualche bottiglietta d'acqua, rotolo di carta igienica in più o tovaglioli, soprattutto per chi arriva tardi a fare il check in e non ha possibilità di acquistare dal market o soggiorna lontano dalla club house.

Ausserdem wurde mehr verlangt beim check in als wie bei Expedia aufgeführt! Restraurants waren eine Katastrophe, schlechter Service, Info, gab vieles nicht mehr wurde aber nicht kommuniziert! Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Für Kinder genau das richtige. Kinderanimation perfekt. Für Erwachsene wurde auch täglich Abends was geboten. Bei jedem Bungalow ist ein Grill dabei. Preise in den Lokalen und Supermarkt auch nicht überteuert. Einfach alles perfekt 😃
