Perfect location to visit UK student

The place was very clean, great kitchen sand bathrooms. Perfect space for a family to stay and visit. Parking available was a plus and short walk to Rupp arena.

We have stayed at this property twice and it's really great. Looks just like the photos, clean and well appointed. We were located close enough to walk to downtown and restaurants. Great value. Eee would stay here over and over

Perfect place and location!

Property has been beautifully updated and has wonderful touches. Location perfectly situated for a game at Rupp, walking downtown or campus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Adorable apartment, great location

We were visiting UK and this was a perfect location! Adorable unit with a lot of space and very nicely decorated/furnished. It’s right on Limestone but the bedrooms are in the back of the unit so it was not loud at night, which I worried about. I just rebooked it for our next visit!

Perfect Place!

This is by far one of the nicest vacation rental units I've ever stayed in -- and I've stayed in a few. Katie's attention to detail means that all the conveniences you need are right at your fingertips. The apartment is squeaky clean, spacious, comfortable and so nicely appointed. All just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops. Check-in was a breeze with very clear instructions sent the day before and Katie even checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated and excellent location to Rupp Arena!

The apartment is beautifully renovated and super spacious for a downtown apartment. It had parking included which is rare and awesome and was in walking distance to Rupp Arena and numerous shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Great apartment in Lex

We were in town with in-laws for a long weekend and we had a great time. The apartment is in a very convenient location and was very comfortable, well-stocked and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again in the future.

We loved this VRBO! It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to UK campus and downtown. Extremely clean and well kept. The owner was very prompt in returning emails. Would love to stay here again!

Spending weekend @ Keeneland with long time friends

Wonderful downtown location within walking distance to restaurants! Apartment was spacious which allowed the two couples to enjoy fellowship and then have privacy. Highly recommend!!

Adorable Apartment

This apartment is absolutely adorable. There is so much natural light and it is beautifully decorated. We loved the location. It was an easy walk to many fun downtown restaurants. Jeffrey is an attentive host. He made sure our checkin was smooth and that we had everything we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to return.

Came in for a concert and so glad we picked this place to stay. Located within easy walking distance to downtown and UK. Very clean and host had everything we needed. Newly renovated and was incredible. Host was super easy to communicate and work with. They also provided advice on places to eat. Two thumbs up!!!

Fabulous Time

We arrived a little early for our bourbon tasting and Katie allowed us to check in a couple hours early. The check in and location was PERFECT for everything we had to do the 4 days we were in Kentucky. When we arrived, that night there was a bad storm that knocked out our internet and tv streaming and she was more than accommodating to make sure it got back working so I could do a little work on vacation. We had everything we needed (stayed in and cooked one evening), and she made excellent restaurant recommendations to us! I, myself, am a VRBO owner of a property in Fort Myers, and she was exactly as I am with my guests. We will definately be recommending this property to our friends and family and hopefully we will be coming back soon! THANK YOU!
