Girls trip
We had a blast on our girls weekend to Lex! We wanted a spot within walking distance of bars and restaurants and this place didn’t disappoint! A beautiful historical home with all the amenities. We were able to enjoy a clean stay while also walking to all of our things. Highly recommend!!

Keeneland Spring Weekend
We loved the ambiance & decor of the apartment & the neighborhood. The bed was comfortable & the spacious living room was great in the evening. The sheet music on the piano was a direct connection to my husband, he was named for Dennis Morgan & the sheet music was dated 1949, his birth year! Amazing coincidence that made us really feel at home. We'll be back!

Best little place for two working gals
My colleague and I needed a place close to the convention center where we were working a trade show. This was unbelievably convenient, clean, easy, and cute! Better for a couple, but perfectly fine with one of us in the bedroom and the other on the couch. Easy street parking for two cars with permits supplied by owner.

This lovely apartment, located within an adorable Victorian home, was comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. It was clean and filled with Old-World charm with all of the modern amenities needed. The owners were awesome, the process was simple, and we definitely plan to return again soon.😊😊

Perfect spot within walking distance to Rupp
I have stayed here several times and already have plans to come back. It is so cozy and clean and just a few minutes walk to Rupp Arena. Hosts are super nice and communicative which is very important to me when choosing a VRBO.

Our stay was perfect! We were attending a convention, and our walk to the event was less than 5 minutes. It was very convenient to be able to go drop things off and relax. The property was very clean and comfortable, and had anything we could’ve needed. We will definitely book again!

Absolutely a wonderful location, quiet but super close to Rupp, downtown, and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again if another show we wanted to see came to Rupp Arena!! Check in/accessiblity was a breeze. The hosts thought of just about everything you could want or need to use on a quick trip.

Great place for UK visit
House is just as described in a cute little neighborhood very convenient to Rupp Arena and UK campus. We loved the charm of the older home with the tall ceilings, rustic wood floors, original trim, claw foot bathtub, etc., and décor was nice. Host has stocked with all necessities plus lots of extra little touches like coffee pods and granola bars. Had a last minute issue finding a dog sitter and host accommodated. Highly appreciated the flexibility. Very reasonable price and much better than a stuffy hotel. We had a great parents weekend and would very much recommend this property to others visiting the UK campus or Lexington. Look forward to coming back for a game!

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Lexington for the NCAA Division 3 golf tournament. It’s a great historical neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. If we ever travel to Lexington again, we’ll be sure to stay here again!

Stayed at this Vrbo so my wife and I could go see Journey and Toto at Rupp arena. It literally was two blocks away and had every convenience you could want in a home. Very nice place would highly recommend this to anyone

While the outcome of the basketball game we attended did not go our way, we loved the quaintness and accessibility of the property! Within easy walking of Lexington City Brewery as well as Rupp Arena and all things downtown!! The space was lovely and had everything (and then some) for our stay. Communication with our hosts was very helpful and prompt! Appreciated the friendly check ins and tips! Highly recommend!

This place is perfect. If you are in town for a UK game this is the place to stay. Clean and within walking distance of Rupp and all the local establishments to enjoy a night on the town. This is my second time staying at this property and when ever I am in Lexington this is the place I will be staying at.

Perfect property close to Rupp Arena
My husband and I came down to Lexington for a UK basketball game and stayed at this property. It was an ideal location for walking to Rupp Arena and the apartment was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Haviland and John were so nice and wonderful with communication.

UK Graduation
We were in town only for 1 night for our daughter’s graduation from UK. The location could not have been more perfect! Our unit was #1 and was absolutely adorable! Such character & charm, and wonderfully inviting. We instantly felt at home and found everything just as Haviland & John said it would be. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for a little getaway.
I absolutely loved my stay here! My bf and I drove in from Michigan to attend the Alexandra Kay concert at the Manchester Music Hall. This was a last minute reservation. I got a message almost immediately after booking. Everything about the booking was easy. I received an email with all the instructions for checking in and checking out. The house is as exactly as it looks. It's absolutely beautiful with much character and charm! It was the perfect location with easy access. Very reasonable priced too. Furthermore, the place was clean and had all essentials for an overnight stay. I will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you! :)

Place was exactly as described. Husband and I went for a show at the Rupp Arena and it was within walking distance. Walk was great because you got to look at the older, beautiful houses along the way. Also with in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great Place. Great stay in Lexington!
The apartment was very charming and perfect for our needs. It's around the corner from the Rupp Arena, but you would never know it from the charming little street. The home was very cute and had a lot of old house charm. It's short walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Overall, we will definitely keep this on our list for next time!
