This recently updated and spacious home will provide a truly special experience whether you want to stay in, play games, relax in the hot tub, admire the wildlife and gorgeous Kentucky sunsets from the deck, or visit downtown Lexington, the Horse Park, walk the trail to Masterson Station Park, or enjoy a trip to nearby distilleries. Masterson Station Park is within walking distance down the walking trail and there is a super nice splash pad and playground for kids, as well as a dog park and other attractions! The house is also within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The Distillery District is only a 5-minute drive away.
