About the Lodge Perfect for large family gatherings, groups, and extended stays, this 2.5-acre property overlooks a private neighborhood lake surrounded by trees and wildlife. The spacious 3,100 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps up to 16 guests with 7 Queen beds and 1 King bed.

Beautiful place! There were NO mosquitoes or any other pesky bugs! The pool and hot tub were great! The pool stayed clean, came with so many floats, and the outdoor area was very relaxing! Sam was an amazing host! We would gladly stay here again!

It’s a perfect place for a family vacation!!!This is our 3rd year staying here. The house is always neat and clean. The host, Sam always goes above and beyond for his people staying at the house. He is so accommodating.We love it there!!!!!

It was a wonderful experience. My family had a blast. Sam deling was great. He takes cery good care of the property. We had 5 adults and 5 boys ages 6 thru 11. Home away from home to visit grandma!

This is our second stay and will definitely be our go-to rental when we travel to visit our extended family! The house is fully stocked and well appointed with plenty of space to spread out or gather The pool and hot tub were great Nice big table inside for eating together or playing games All in all I can't think of anything more we could ask for!

Great Girls Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this property. Sam offered all the amenities you could think of and then some. The pool was great with lots of floaties to use, beach towels, even extra sunscreen. We cannot wait to come back! I highly recommend this house.

40th Birthday Celebration Weekend

We absolutely loved the property! We talked a couple times of coming back with our children. We were very impressed with the house, check in/check out, and the amenities on the property. The only slight complaint we had was there seemed to be a bit of dust in the house that made a few of us have a little bit of allergies. Everything else was absolutely perfect!!

Girls Trip

The house was very clean and up to date with all the furnishings plus more. We really enjoyed our stay with so much to do at the house. Pool, hot tub and fire pit was our favorite. All beds were comfortable and large kitchen with island made it great for all of us to have breakfast and dinner together. Would recommend this house if you needed a get a way or celebration gathering just outside of Lexington. Sam was amazing and was willing to help with anything we needed.

AMAZING

Our family stayed here over Memorial day weekend for a family wedding and we just had the best time. the house was beautiful and has everything we needed. The kids had the best time in the pool and jumping on the trampoline. Very clean and spacious and the owner Sam couldn't have been nicer. Came over to check on us and talked for a little was very helpful. a great place to stay .

Awesome property with wonderful amenities! Pool was awesome!! Home was immaculate and incredibly stocked with all the comforts of home. Great spot for a family gathering

The property was very clean and well stocked. It was a comfortable place for our family group. The backyard offered lots of fun activities for everyone, with the treehouse being a favorite spot for our grandson. There was great communication with Sam, and his family. We would love to return.

Perfect Getaway

The Stone and Cedar Lodge was a perfect place for our family and friends gathering. Sam was excellent to work with and was very attentive to every detail. Clean, quiet and well stocked

House was clean and we loved that we didn’t need anything but our personal items. Well stocked and very comfortable for our party of 10. Close to everything in Lexington. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the peace and quiet relaxing around the pool. We even saw a few deer along the back of the property! Loved it, we will be back!

Amazing Stay and Hospitality!!

Our experience at Sam's place was perfect for our group of 9 adults while we toured the Bourbon Trail during the day and enjoyed the home in the late afternoon/evening. Plenty of room for all of us with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. Sam even helped us start a fire in the evening which was awesome. The home had everything we needed and would give more than 5 stars if we could. It was a blast and would definetly recommend and stay again.

Great host, great property

What more can you ask from a host? Sam was communicative, honest, helpful and understanding. He even left the pool open for an extra weekend just to accommodate our group. The check in and check out process were simple. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Stay in Lexington

Stayed here for an extended weekend with several friends and 5 kids under the age of 5. Sam was a phenomenal communicator and had thought of everything we could have needed. Backyard is great for kids needing space to run around and the combination of trampoline, tree house, and bonfire made for several great activities. A bit outside the city, but an easy drive wherever you need to go. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay with a larger group!
