Cute Place, Conveniently Located

We pleasantly surprised at the convenient location of our place and how clean it was. It was just perfect for what we needed. Nice size back yard for my dog. It had all the amenities a visitor could ask for. Thank you to our host.

Great place to watch UK basketball

Great place and location. Neighborhood is very quiet. The house is nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was comfy. There was a University of Kentucky basketball game while we were there and the TV made it easy for us to enjoy it. The patio area was a nice feature but could use some cleaning and TLC.

Ferguson family weekend

The house was extremely welcoming. Our bed was great after a LONG drive to KY. It has everything we needed to enjoy time with our daughter n her boyfriend. (who just moved to Lexington) The location was near everything we needed to be at and the host was excellent in his response time with questions or suggestions. Will definitely look at staying again when we come to town.

Nice Cottage

The place is located in a nice established neighborhood with well maintained properties. It has a spacious back yard and the kitchen was equipped perfectly for a vacation get away. Check in and out was easy. Our dog loved the yard and walking around the neighborhood.

Oter than the yard needing mowing the overall stay was nice. Easy access to shopping and the freeway! Also place was clean and comfortable! We did not bring our pooch, but it was great yard for a dog with a nice fence!

Thanksgiving in Lexington

This is our second time staying at this property while visiting my family for the holidays. Super comfortable home with everything we needed to feel at home for 4 days. Our dogs love the huge back yard and we looked forward to unwinding at the cozy place after busy days.

This is our 2nd time booking this home. The host left us a basket full of goodies, Keurig cups, shampoo, soaps and more! The house is very clean and we love the fenced in yard! The location is wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet! We would stay here again.

Great stay!

Cute little house on a quiet street in beautiful Lexington, KY. The house was very well done. We had everything we needed for our stay. Really appreciate the ability to travel with our small dog. This house has a large fenced in yard which was perfect for our stay. The host was responsive to requests. We will stay here again if traveling to Lexington.

Cecil’s Cottage

The house was very clean with pump hand soap by the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Ample towels. Quiet neighborhood . Close to Everything! If you have dogs you will LOVE the backyard. New privacy fence and lots of room to run!

Exactly as advertised and then some

Everything you need to have continuity of family is here. In other words you need nothing but yourself and family (dog included) The back yard is entirely fenced in. So no worry about any escaping pups. It was an absolute blessing to find this place. We were able to focus on relaxing and making memories. We would definitely book again.

Loved it !!!

Other than the small trash can in the kitchen, no complaints about anything. Loved the location, the size of the home, the fenced in backyard (we had our dog with us). The power went out while we were there (no fault of the owners) but they offered to move us to another property. We liked the property so much that we didn’t want to leave. The power was back on within a couple hours. We will stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood

All in all this not a bad place to stay. It’s a small 2 bedroom 1 bath ranch home. Neighborhood safe and quiet. It was clean inside the home. Some of the down falls. It was difficult to unlock the pad lock on the front door. Backyard needed the grass cut and it could have use a weeding job.

I’m a local doctor who needed a place close by in a safe neighborhood known to me that could accommodate my two twin 2 year old Weimaraners. I found this listing and it delivered on all its promises. Easy check in, huge yard, and impeccably appointed. The owners stopped by to pull the bins out and brought my dogs some treats. (At that point, they beamed heroic…) Great value, close to everything. Well done.
