About this property

Welcome to "The Spot" Southland/6 Miles to Keeneland!

  • Welcome to The Spot! Perfectly situated in the heart of Lexington. Our newly remodeled home is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and weekend farmers market in the Southland neighborhood. Walking distance to UK's main campus and Kroger Field. The Spot can also be used as a launching point to explore bourbon and horse country.

    Located on a quiet street, this 100 year old house was recently remodeled to include plumbing, lighting, and kitchen upgrades. The 2000 square ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The 3 queen size beds all have Allswell “the Luxe” mattresses. The driveway fits 2 cars and there is street parking available. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials if you want to stay in and cook. We have a brand new gas burning stove and a Weber charcoal grill in the backyard.

    There is a smart TV to stream content, using your personal account. No cable or satellite TV. Our home backs up to the train tracks. There are freight trains running through the day and sometimes a few at night. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom if needed.
