This was the perfect Spot for our stay in Lexington! The house was just as pictured, well maintained and clean. It was very comfortable for the 8 of us with plenty of space and bathrooms. The decor and little details added a special touch! We will definitely be back!
The house is clean, comfortable, and nicely stocked with paper products, soap, towels, etc. The location is very convenient to UK. We really enjoyed the restaurants at the end of the street. We appreciated the sound machines in the bedrooms, and the trains didn’t bother us much.Would definitely stay again.
House was spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. Easy to find, nearby UK campus and tailgating. Jen was very responsive and we will definitely stay again. Comfortable beds.
This was a great house for our girl's weekend away. The house was clean, had everything we needed and so much space for us to enjoy and relax. The number of rooms and bathrooms made it easy for us to enjoy. The location was ideal as it was close to everything we wanted to do.
Great location and very clean. We had 3 couples and each had our own bathroom. The layout was perfect for socializing and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. We will be back next year!

The stay was to accommodate us for the Derby
prompt and easy communication with the owner. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was ok, however the train did make for interrupted slumber.
The Spot is exactly as described in the listing. It’s a comfortable, spacious, well stocked home. There is a lot of attention put into the little details. The house is located in a nice neighborhood with two great restaurants at the end of the block. The master bathroom is particularly wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The house was very cute and nicely decorated. The upstairs AC did not work very well. The train was right behind the house and would run at least once an hour or more. If you are headed to Kroger field for the football games, it's in a great location.
The house is in a convenient location, and the space, amenities, layout, everything about The Spot was comfortable except for the noise. The tracks are directly behind the property and the train noise itself isn’t so bad, but because the house is located near the intersection, the train whistle blows each time it goes by. The train is mentioned in the description, but I do wish I’d known it would wake me up multiple times each night.
The Spot has a very homey feel and in a quaint area of Lexington. We did have a small hiccup later in the evening but the hosts corrected it as soon as possible, and that is why I am able to give an Excellent rating. The one thing that should be mentioned is being so close to the train tracks. Unfortunately, the trains run all night long and since the house is so close to a street intersection, they blow the horns. The hosts provide sound machines and fans for each room, which definitely help, but if you are light sleeper, you will want to bring ear plugs. The location is amazing to get around Lexington. We were able to walk to the stadium and many great restaurants are within 10 minutes. The hosts communication was attentive and made us feel valued.
It was the perfect location for the four of us to enjoy the horse farms, whiskey tastings and downtown Lexington. Comfortable and clean. The only drawback the trains throughout the middle of the night, but we adjusted.
great house & backyard. Near UK stadium. The train is loud, but is not very often really.

We booked the property for the days preceding my daughter’s wedding in Cynthiana. We have other family who live in Lexington and this house was close to them. We weren’t bothered by the trains. The house was well appointed. Upstairs was a little warm, but the fans kept us comfortable while we were up there. Some of the houses on that street were run down, but we felt safe. Communication with the host was seamless and they responded quickly. We’d stay again in the future if we needed a place in Lexington.

The home was very clean and beautifully renovated. The train that ran in the backyard was awful.
The home was very clean, beds fantastic and beautifully renovated. The train that ran several times during the night was awful. The neighborhood was questionable.
We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals and this property was by far one of the nicest! Beautiful remodel of an older home that is close to everything. Very well appointed. Great for our family of seven.
Our only hesitation in making this our “Spot” when we visit home is the train traffic.
In fairness, we knew there would be trains, but just didn’t expect the frequency or their horns as they approach the crossing at the top of the street.
You don’t know ‘til you know!
We stayed at the house for our son’s graduation. It was a perfect location close to the UK campus and Rupp Arena. The house is beautifully decorated. We loved the photo wall for graduation pictures.
This house was spacious enough for our family vacation. It was well equipped and very well decorated. Beds are also so very comfy! It's walking distance to a few restaurants and bakery. Aside from the train running behind the house, neighborhood is pretty quiet. I do have to mention that the train noise level is very high during the night. During our stay, it ran between 3-5 times during the night. If you're a light sleeper, reconsider booking this house. We also had a few dirty pans in the cabinets that cleaning crew missed. The kids really enjoyed feeding the fish and playing with the pine cones in the front yard.
Perfect house and location for a fun bachelorette trip! Between going downtown, out to eat, or going to Keeneland everything was within 15 mins of each other which made for an easy going weekend. Everyone really enjoyed their time at this house! And we all loved how adorably cute it was too!
