"The location is excellent- very handy for the Cliffs Pavillion where we were going and also the beach and town centre. We were very lucky to get a parking space in the hotel car park which was great. We had room 103 which had a lovely view over the water. It was a sweltering hot day and the staff had thankfully put the AC on in our room which was much appreciated."

My negatives were although the cooked options were good why does a four star establishment provide mostly tinned fruit at breakfast and yogurt in tubs. You used to be better than this. I also went for a swim at 6.30pm on a Friday to find that two thirds of the pool was taken by classes. I found that there is a list available for club members but not hotel guests. I could also have been informed as I went to get changed but instead sat by the poolside for a wasted 30 minutes and could not use the facility for exercise. Not surprisingly I was less than happy. This review is not to help travellers plan better but for staff to provide a better environment for those guests."
