Excellent, friendly service from all the staff. The hotel was a long walk along the front from the ferry terminal but taxis were available outside on the street in front of the port. Very nice breakfast each morning which offered porridge, kippers and boiled eggs to order as well as cereal, pastries and full English. The room was lovely and clean with views over the sea front (we paid extra for the sea view) In the evening a gentle man was playing the piano in the bar which was pleasant while you had a drink or a bar snack. The restaurant served a small but very nice menu each evening.

Extremely roomy and well-appointed, very comfortable stay in a great location, just a few minutes from the ferry so great for walkers. Bus stop on the block, great transportation around the island. Enjoyed the view, excellent kitchen facilities, Marks & Spencer just a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend for value for money.

Guests are very well catered for. Great facilities, very clean, super friendly staff. Breakfast delicious. Note, restaurant/room service not always available if the restaurant is quiet and closes early, however staff still go above and beyond to ensure you can get something to eat e.g. sandwich. Generous complimentary mini-fridge. Comfortable bed with very good quality bedding. Very important, so worth repeating that it's very clean, the housekeeping team do a great job. Parking a bit of a pain but the multi story car park is less than 5 mins walk. We'll be back.

We had rooms 605 and 606 which were lovely rooms but they were under the gym which opened at 6.00am and meant we were woken at that time every morning with all the banging above us.
