"This lake house is excellent. It is close to The Beavers Den, The River Deck, and Wateree Marina. The house has everything you could need as far as kitchen items and coffee makers. The back yard is a slow grade to the lake. The dock was deep enough for a 20 foot pontoon. Not too many stairs to climb ..."
