All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You can ask them with directions and tours. The location is the best. Very centrally located. Very clean as well. The only thing is that the taxi will not take you to the front of the hotel because it's a walking zone. It's about 5 minutes walk. But other than that, it's the best stay in Rome. Me and my husband were very happy with our stay. Danny gave us the room with the balcony. Plus it is few minutes walk to Spanish Steps and local restaurants. I really recommend this hotel. Very happy with my stay.

Coming into the hotel there was no direction to where check-in from the parking garage the air conditioning in the room was ok, but it could be better. There was a lack of communication between staff and us multiple times. I felt as though information wasn’t given or loosely defined. Also there was no way to contact the front desk from our room. But the pool was beautiful and so was the pool temp!
