Helpful staff but poor organisation
We kept having to be given new codes for our room which when we arrived after the reception desk had closed was a bit of a hassle. On the first night (once we had travelled almost 12 hrs to get there) were told that our room hadn’t been assigned and were left waiting for half an hour whilst the staff went back and forth trying to help. That being said the staff were very helpful and tried their best to help. I suspect the Ibis management team are at fault as it seems it is just their computer systems which are at fault not the staff on duty during our stay.

pour une ou deux nuits il n'y a rien à critiquer. Au petit déjeuner vous pourriez mettre des biscottes s'il y a de la demande. Environnement très calme.

Pas cher oui mais aïe le confort
Choisi pour faire étape à un prix raisonnable, l’Ibis budget de Libourne nord a rempli son office. En revanche je n’ai pas du tout apprécié la literie bcp trop ferme, Quant aux oreillers, comme souvent dans les hôtels français, c’est mou et ça tient chaud. Petit déjeuner impeccable. Service et réception aussi.

Voor een verblijf op doorreis is dit wel een goede optie. Ontbijt is lekker. Wel een beetje sober. Een budget hotel en dat klopt.

L'intérêt pour nous a été d'arriver dans la nuit après un concert et une personne physique nous a accueillis. Nuit très calme, bonne literie. Rapport qualité prix très bien.

Etablissement calme et pratique avec 2 restaurants à coté. Par contre le petit-déjeuner est inférieur à ce qui est proposé dans les autres Ibis Budget.

Mécontent !
L'hôtel se dégrade d'année en année, j'y vais une à deux fois (voir plus) par an, mes deux derniers séjours n'ont pas été satisfaisant : une fois eau chaude en panne, et chauffage pas très efficace, hier chauffage H.S (le gars à l'accueil ne me prévient même pas), un petit chauffage soufflant d'appoint présent dans la chambre, assez bruyant mais ça ne m'a empêché de dormir , par contre j'ai dû me réveiller à plusieurs reprises, soit parce que j'avais trop chaud du coup j'éteins le chauffage, soit le contraire, j'ai froid et je le rallume, bref pour le confort on repassera et pour cette hôtel d'ailleurs aussi.

Simple mais efficace
Très calme, A qq pas du lac. Petit dej en buffet très achalandé. Côté négatif, le matelas en mousse pose sur une planche. Un peu raide au lever. Rapport qualité prix très intéressant.
