"Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer. Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew. "

If you want to get in your exercise, you can climb the steep mountain road in back of the house and while you're at it, get a chorus of dogs barking along the way. "Very welcoming and friendly staff, the owner Diego want above and beyond expectations, offered to pick me up from the train station and gave me good advice on what to see in Milazzo. Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again, close to restaurants/shops/port. "
