"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. I enjoyed a comfortable and clean room, patio, a lovely breakfast daily and helped myself to a beverage in the evening from the cooler (leave cash, with the honor system). My hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. WiFi is much stronger here than at the Klinik, so I could easily communicate with members at home. "I regret booking in that horrible place, its not a hotel at all, there is no reception, no staff, no lobby to stay, no one to help you, the owner left page with her phone to call and I dont have german sim to call, I begged one to call her for me. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up stairs and down, room is extremely small and ceiling of the room is too close, its like small box, if some one is tall, he wont be able to stand up inside the room, no ventelation at allll, no air condition at...

"The front door was hard to open. Didn't have a code and used credit card to swipe. Swipe reader didn't work properly, had to stand in the dark for quite a while to get in. Other than that it was a fantastic experience, very clean and comfortable. Washer, dryer and bicycle usage is convenient and you can walk to city center. Will definitely visit again."

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."
