"Our host was wonderful. He graciously gave us a beach umbrella for the free beach. He also checked in with us on a cloudy day to let us know if we needed a place to go since it was cloudy for the beach. His map of the area that he left us of key items- grocery market, bus stop, etc was so helpful for us getting around town. We would stay there again. "

"Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. This was my home base while I bounced around the region chasing pasta, wine, peppers, and granita. It felt like staying at a friend’s place, not some cookie-cutter rental. If you want something peaceful, local, and convenient, this place just works. Perfect place if you just need a room to sleep, shower, and have breakfast. I’d stay again without hesitation (and probably will). Scilla was my favorite and it was only 20 minutes away. Reggio is also just 20 minutes away."

"We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. Our room was very clean and came with bath amenities including slippers and bottles of water! The memory foam top bed is amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was also great- fresh croissants, ham, salami, amazing yogurt with yummy granola. Margaret made us fresh cappuccino and espresso. The apartment is a comfortable walking distance from the train stop. We highly recommend this place."
