"Beautiful location & friendly staff. Lots of ants that crawled up our legs during breakfast & laying by the pool. Also had them in our rooms. My daughter was bitten badly but not sure if it was the ants or if it was mosquitoes which isn’t really the hotel’s fault or issue.

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

We had our dog with us as well. At the pool it was not allowed to have her, but we could walk down to the beach in 2 minutes where she could stay all day long with us.
The hotel is little old-school, little rooms and simple setup, I would say a 3 star if we are stricter. Definitely not a 4star hotel when we compare it with other hotels from big cities.."
