8/10 Good
We used to live in Sarasota so we know the area well and have stayed here before. The location is prime. Beautiful views of the Gulf from the balcony! Staff was pleasing and friendly and bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself could really use a remodel. Also, the pool area is very small, however we weren’t there for the pool but the beach. Lastly, it’s too bad that the restaurant on the 7th floor only serves breakfast, which was excellent by the way, and not lunch or dinner.
