Perfect location! Quick walk to the beach or to the Village. Rooms are tight! Storage is limited, but beds are comfy, staff was helpful and overall the resort is great. Lots of amenities provided to you, everything you need for a day at the beach! Would recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Owners Suite. The property is a short walk to the beach and Siesta Key Village. It was very quiet and laid back and if you need some occasional action the village is easy to walk to. You really could get away with no car if you want. We flew into Sarasota airport but could have used a service rather than rent a car. I will say the little market is VERY pricey, but they know it is convenient so they have you there. Also, they have a small pool but you can use the larger pool at their other property right on the main drag of the village, about an 8 minute walk. We found this place to be perfect and plan on rebooking next year.

The room we stayed in was a little small but so nice. It had all of the amenities from coffee maker, microwave, and fridge to beach chairs and beach cooler. It was really well decorated and spotless clean. The location was amazing. 1 block to the beach and one block to the strip. 100% we will be returning.

My second stay at this location, short walk to beach and downtown so perfect to be close to everything. One note, be sure to contact them a few days in advance if you plan to arrive after hours so they can provide you the codes to get into the facility and your room.

Our room was really clean and this property is so close to the beach. They let you use coolers, beach chairs, and beach wagons. We were even allowed to use them on our checkout day for the full day which was really helpful!
