"My observations were the plants in the atrium were very sad—thinking silk would be a better option. And the sofa in our room was sad as well. Sagging and worn. Very minor things, we had a lovely stay!!"

"Paying for parking is a horrible idea. You shouldn't have to pay for parking. Staff should inform the guest that there is overflow parking. The main parking lot has only one way in and you have to back up almost to the street in order to turn around. There was hair in the shower. Everything else was good."

"Great experience but for some reason we were given the handicap accessible room. Not complaining but odd. Free shuttle service was great getting around downtown."

"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"Nice hotel with cool vibe. Didn’t see anything on parking and that was a bit frustrating since apparently onsite was booked and had to go find a parking garage. Not the end of the world but would have been helpful to know up front."
