  • A recently renovated holiday apartment located in the small town of Lierna on the shores of Lake Como, Casa Royale Appartamento Terra consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer (in the communal laundry room), wireless printer (for smart working, can be connected to smartphones), bottle warmer, hair straightener and a television. A cot and a highchair are available for an extra fee.



    There is also a shared area with table football, Tam Tam table, chess, tabletop games a children area.



    Here you will also find the Laundry area furnished with washing machine and dryer.

    The nearest supermarket is in the town center, 200 meters from the house. In the town of Lierna you can also find the ferry service across the lake just 250m away, as well as bus and train service nearby. The nearest beach (Riva Bianca) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes (800m). There is also a hiking path in the area that goes from Abbadia Lariana to Colico, which is renowned among hikers. The nearest airport is in Bergamo, which is 1 hour away by car (55km).

    The camera only records the moment the door opens for about 1 minute, the recordings are automatically deleted after 3 hours and there is no way to retrieve the images.

Amazing experience at lake Como

My friends and I stayed here to explore Lake Como and it was fantastic. The property is a 1 minute walk from the water in a beautiful location. It was easy to get to Bellagio and other cities via the water taxi. The house was well kept and has everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property

Our manager Allesandra was great. The apartment was clean and adorable. No views though. Also, very very steep climbs all the way from bus station to the home. It changes everything when you are lugging luggage.

C’est facile d’accès, même si c’est en zone piétonne au centre authentique, voiture pas loin du tout… Merci Alessandra pour toutes les attentions sympathiques à notre arrivée ! Accès explications communication propreté facilité au top! Avec le lac tout prêt, gare proche et les trains pratiques, les commerces pas loin, tout très bien! Deux oreillers différents chacun!
