"The room was lovely, spacious and had lots of amenities. There was lots of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. It felt very safe and comfortable. The only issues were the shower, which leaked, and when I was checking in I arrived late due to disruptions with the train, and reception was already closed so I couldn’t get in, and no one answered the phone number or the intercom so I was stuck in the dark street outside. Luckily another guest left the hotel which meant I could enter. I would just say that there should be a plan in place for this situation, but overall I loved the hotel and would definitely return."

"It is a lovely hotel just off the main tourist routes (so quiet), but also right in the middle of where you want to be in Brugge. Great parking which means no driving into a tiny lift to be lowered to a very small cramped parking area under the hotel........... Rooms and everything clean tidy and quality. Staff and amenities all very good. Like all hotels it's the staff that make the place. Our check in and stay was great especially the staff in the bar area were brilliant. We did though also see someone else being checked in but it was all rather officious and curt, which in all honesty would have irritated me. Over all great and this isn't the first time we have stayed there, which says something when we keep going back."

"Great location. Exactly where you want to be when visiting for a short trip. The room was great. The onsite parking was also great but be aware that you drive through a pedestrian zone to get there, we panicked a bit."

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was both lovely and spacious. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we found the bathroom layout a bit impractical. The tub does not have a curtain, which makes it difficult to take a stand up shower without getting the surrounding area wet."
