It includes 1 reserved parking space behind the building (please note that the entrance is only 1.95 mt wide, so SUVs and minibuses cannot access) and a shared washing machine. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a drip coffee machine, microwave, hairdryer in the bathroom, and air conditioning. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower cabin, an additional bathroom with shower, and two furnished balconies (parking side and street side) with tables and chairs for dining outdoors. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor and colours may vary).
