A comfortable 56-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, equipped with every amenity, including air conditioning and a furnished terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. <br><br>The centre of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the beach are 5 and 6 minutes by car from the property, respectively.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, oven, and various kitchen utensils), sofa, dining table, split A/C, and access to the terrace;<br><br>- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and split A/C;<br><br>- BEDROOM II with a single bed, bunk bed, and closet;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet;<br><br>- TERRACE with a dining table.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit in the living room and one in each bedroom), mosquito screens, and an ironing board.<br><br>Two bicycles are available for guests. <br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The entrance gate is opened with a key card, which will be provided at check-in.<br><br>Parking is available within the residence—NOT assigned.<br><br>NO WIFI.<br><br>Bedroom II has access to the garden.
