Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the yard or 300 m away)

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid September, 3 m x 7 m, depth 1,20 m). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The zone is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and can only be reached on foot (approx. 20 steps)

Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
