Elegant residence close to the beach, the centre of Lignano Pineta and Lignano Riviera. The building features a private garden, an elevator and a shared washing machine. The apartment on the first floor is a two-bedroom unit with a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with a microwave and dishwasher, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safe, satellite TV and a designated parking space per booking. Garage is available upon request for an additional fee. From 20/09/2015 to 20/05/2026, gas and electricity are paid at check-out based on actual usage: gas 1 Euro per cubic meter, electricity 1 Euro per kWh.
