Four-family villa facing the sea consisting of two flats with communal garden and parking space.
The flat is on the first floor and consists of a large, bright living room with kitchenette and forntemare terrace, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a windowed bathroom. Large sun terrace on the upper floor.
