Our lovely semi-detached villa on two levels features a large fenced garden, located in a green and quiet area of Lignano Riviera, only 500mt from the beach. The first floor is composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, a living/dining room with a sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, there is another spacious room along with a bathroom, a cellar, and a storage area. Equipped with TV, washing machine, and one uncovered parking spot. Ideal for up to four guests.
