"Great hotel, I’ve stayed twice for a week long trip and would choose this hotel again. Room layout is good, comfy couch area is a definite benefit, good desk setup and internet, comfortable bed, nice shower and vanity. And the staff is fantastic and the food is really good, small menu but served late which is convenient as I am usually back late and needing dinner. I would happily stay again. Easy parking and quick drive to lots of food, shops."

"James Meyer in the dining area was very very, very helpful and very understanding of my health condition Kay at the front desk was very helpful too Only recommendation that I can see is maybe handicap bars in the bathroom area in a toilet toilet I’m not in a wheelchair, but some things would make it easier with my age and health"

"This area is great, anything you could need or want there are a ton of stores right there. Staff is super nice."

"We had a flat tire on our way so our check in was going to be 3 am. They were very accommodating. The front desk guy seemed to have a bit of an attitude but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and understanding. Very clean and quiet. We had a pet room and there was definitely an odd smell tlbut thats expecting with pets. My dog loved the hunt. The sheets smelled fresh and everything was comfortable. "

"We always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me!
