Welcome to "Banyan Breeze"! Bright and comfortable, clean and convenient, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Walk to beach for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding , and walk to many restaurant options . Quick 5 min drive from airport and centrally located for island adventuring in any direction .

Access the condo by entering through covered parking area, ascend a half a flight of stairs, enter enter unit through private entrance,. Doorway leads into kitchen and great room area with dining room table , living room with queen sleeper sofa with corner TV . Straight ahead see sliders to covered Lanai with outdoor dining seating and view of nearby Kalapaki Bay. There are 2 Bedrooms to the left, one with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom with tub, and the other with a King Bed and sliders to a second harborview lanai with outdoor seating. There is a second bathroom, with a large stall shower and both bathrooms boast double sinks.

The condo is all yours, and your location is the closest highest viewpoint building to the the Recreational area, complete with pool, spa, shuffleboard , basketball, and tennis courts. There is a community BBQ area and lots of places to lounge or sit and enjoy a family barbecue overlooking the whole harbor.

Located in Lihue, Kauai County and island center, airport and shopping and many restaurants. Picturesque Kalapaki Bay and Nawiliwili, a central point for easy travel for adventuring Island-wide. From this location, walk to Harbor Mall and Anchor Cove Mall, as well as oceanfront restaurants and surfboard rental and lessons. Plenty of sun and shade, magical mountain and ocean viewpoints, and so convenient!

Unassigned parking is available at the complex that houses this super comfortable condo. We recommend renting a car for exploring the island, although there is some ( though limited) public transportation ( busses) and Uber and Lyft. Aside from the big commercial guys at the airport, there are also a number of locals that make their cars available through Turo and smaller car rental companies. Ask me about a referral for one of these local folks who has cars for rent . By mentioning me , you are likely to get a great deal !

Your hosts , Jay ad Jen, are always available for questions and suggestions for fun things to do , and we do leave you a welcome basket of goodies for your arrival, as well as a copy of the latest edition of The Ultimate Kauai Guidebook for getting ideas for your island adventures.
There are quiet hours at this location, enforceable by on-site staff, though violations to these quiet times may need be reported by the guest to on-site staff in the event that neighbors be in violation. In other words, if neighbors are noisy, please call the number provided !
Also please do not back into parking spaces.
