The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! "This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient.
