Wonderful in every way. Every member of staff was absolutely lovely, the room was comfortable, warm and cozy, the breakfast was great and the location is perfect. I would love to stay again.

The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. The room (jr suite) was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Even the pullout couch was relatively comfortable. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but we were only there one night. The location is in the center of the town, near restaurants and shops.

Étant souvent en déplacement, j'ai l'habitude des hôtels 4 étoiles, mais pour moi, celui-ci n'en mérite que 3. J'ai séjourné dans une "suite" où il n'y avait que de l'eau dans le minibar, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement et j'ai même eu la surprise le lendemain que le réassort du thé ou même de l'eau n'était pas fait. Indigne si l'on veut se prétendre 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner était moyen (pas beaucoup de choix). Très déçu.

Tolles Frühstücksangebot. Mitten in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Cafés und Restaurants. Hotel befindet sich gerade im Umbau, Baustelle in manchen Bereichen. Soll Ende des Jahres abgeschlossen sein. Toll wäre es gewesen zusätzlich zum kostenlosen Wasser in der Minibar, Saft oder Ähnliches zu finden. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und Schläger könnten eine Erneuerung gebrauchen. Aber toll, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt Tischtennis zu spielen.
