This hotel is basic but is ok. The staff are helpful but I think the place is in need of a refit.

Just stayed one night here for the Rugby and only slept here. It was a clean spacious room and reception let me check in to my room at 1pm. It is ten minute walk to the metro station and Lidl’s is opposite.

It’s a budget hotel in a good location on outskirts of Lille with easy access to the main roads and a short walk 5- 7 minutes to metro which takes you into the Center . It’s a little dated and a tad tired could do with a deeper clean . Breakfast was adequate to get you started

Disgusting place

The experience was horrible, the place is disgusting, very dirty, the smell on the place wad disgusting and I paid for two nights, and on the second night I went out for dinner and when back to de place around 11:30pm the front gate for the car was close and the door key didn’t open or work no body was there to attend or help so I have to take the car and go to another hotel to pay for another room horrible experience no recommend and the place should no be promoted that’s no a hotel that’s a place for homeless people to refuge

This was for one night on a long road trip, it was awful. The place stank of people smoking weed, stains everywhere, broken lights, miniature bathroom, noisy people, and the smoke alarms went off at 6am. The only redeeming feature was the staff were ok.

The property has obviously seen better days, probably a decade or so ago, but if you just want a bed for the night and look passed the tattyness it does a job (and was available and cheap). Shares a site with Comfort Hotel (which looks a much better standard but probably priced as such) and the manager next door recommended not to catch a late metro back as "the subway can be a little rough" (and I'm a 6ft 5 bloke). Don't go there on a honeymoon.

Despite being a non-smoking room there was a stale cigarette smell persostent in the room. The wash basin tap sprayed water everywhere because it didnt appear to have a diffuser on it.

Can't give 5stars as receptionist said No your name is not on the list tonight, thankfully after showing my confirmation email he managed to find me on the system. If you're English like me, there's no kettle in the room to make hot drinks. There was a dispensing machine in the lobby but it was broken on my visit. It's cheap and cheerful, 2 minutes off the ring road, subway station is 10 mins walk away to city centre. And a Lidl literally over the road.

Hôtel très sale avec de la moisissure à plusieurs endroits et des déchets partout; les déchets jonchaient le sol devant l’hôtel et les poubelles de l’hôtel étaient cassėes. Pas de prise près du lit mais une prise moisie collée au lavabo. La chasse d’eau des WC ne fonctionnait pas, nous étions obligé de verser de l’eau avec un saladier. La moquette était mouillée autour du lit. radiateur pendait du mur; la vue de la chambre était sur des caleçons poubelles et t-shirt sales qui était éparpillés sur le sol dans l’herbe. il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre; Nous n’avons pas osé laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit par peur d’être agressé au vu le bruit et des gens autour de l’hôtel qui criaient en pleine nuit; la literie est très très inconfortable et totalement à revoir; La dame de ménage que nous avons croisé était très gentille ce qui remonte la note de l’accueil. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avions l’impression de déranger la personne de l’accueil; j’ai demandé si nous pouvions aller et venir sans avoir besoin d’un code et le monsieur qui nous a donné la chambre s’est moqué de moi en me disant « bah évidement que non vous n’avez pas besoin de code » mais le dernier jour quand nous avons quitté la chambre á 6H pour prendre le train nous nous sommes retrouvés enfermés à l’intérieur sans pouvoir sortir notre voiture. J’ai appelé le numéro de téléphone d’ « urgence » de l’hôtel au moins 6 fois et personne n’a répondu; c’est l’hôtel d’à côté qui nous a ouvert la porte !!

Absolument HORRIBLE. Structure totalement décatie. Aucun entretien de la totalité de cet hôtel, tant dans les chambres que dans les parties communes ou sur les extérieurs. Le ménage n'est pas fait même sur demande des clients. Les chambres produisent diverse odeurs indéfinies, de moisissures; de tabac, etc...Dans les chambres, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées. Celles des abords et des parties communes débordent de relief de nourritures et de leurs emballages. Petit déjeuner inexistant tant en qualité, en diversité ou en quantité. Cloisons défoncées présentant des trous. Les éclairages de tête de lit ne fonctionnent pas. Le local qui se veut sanitaire, comprenant la douche, le wc et le lavabo propose une superficie de 1m² tout au plus ! Le bout de plastique sensé préserver des éclaboussures de douche se trouve à moins de 50cm de la paroi opposée.Il est complètement inefficace. Le matelas d'un âge canonique est du style paillasse, etc, etc, etc. Les relances des clients restent sans aucun effet. En groupe de déplacement sportif nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet édifice, sans possibilité d'opter pour un autre choix. Il aurait été impossible pour notre unique véhicule de transport minibus de faire un ramassage individuel de chaque personne résidant en structures différentes afin de se rendre sur les lieux de la compétition. Je reste dans le factuel et ne m'exprimerai pas sur l'analyse personnelle que je fais de cette expérience sans toutefois ne pas y impliquer Hôtel.com.
