Hassle free ideally placed for clubs bars etc ,student town though so if your not into nightlife not the place for you as it’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene

J’ai réservé pour 4 personnes et au moment de se coucher en rentrant d’un concert nous avons constaté qu’il y avait des draps uniquement pour un seul lit. Plus globalement l’appartement était très sommaire et manquait de beaucoup de choses ou des éléments auraient pu être revus : - Pas de poignées sur tout les meubles, difficiles à ouvrir - Porte coulissante des toilettes sans poignée également et difficile à ouvrir - Meubles pas montés dans l’espace de nuit à l’étage - manque de mobilier tel que des lampes de chevet ou une deuxième table de nuit - pas de torchon ou d’éponge ou même de serviette pour les mains dans la salle de bain, pas de gel douche - prises électriques non conformes ou pas terminées pour être fonctionnelles - Joint de la douche qui fuit Et j’en passe. Tout ça pour dire que la prestation était très chère pour un endroit sommaire qui a été mis à la location sans même finir l’aménagement ou le montage des meubles. Vraiment très déçue de la qualité de la prestation. Tout est approximatif dans cette location, rien de fini ou prêt. Merci au jeune homme qui a 00h30 nous a donné des draps pour pouvoir faire le lit et du gel douche.

Affligeant !

Pas de lumière dans le palier. Une seule plaque électrique est disponible (manque le bouton pour l'autre) mais de toute façon ça fait disjoncter l’ensemble. Rideaux trop petits pour les fenêtres. Pas de lampes de chevet. Tous les robinets fuient. Poussiéreux. Brosse a toilette sale. Enfin, prestations qui ne valent pas le prix demandé. Une pensée pour le monsieur à l’accueil, d’une grande gentillesse et qui ne doit pas entendre que des compliments.

Correct sans plus

L hébergement est cher pour le niveau de prestation fourni : une chasse d eau hors service , des carreaux et des fenêtres poussiéreuses. Le bâtiment ancien et joli a été rénové sans souci de la qualité et sans finition. C’est dommage car une rénovation de qualité ferait de cet hébergement une adresse a retenir . Ne pas y aller sauf s il n y a que cela de disponible.

Bon établissement

L'accueil très bien, agréable et disponible. Bonne literie. La vaisselle moins bien. On a l'impression que la personne précédente l'avait lavée rapidement d'où quelque restes sur les assiettes et verre. Comme quand vous lavez la vaisselle au lave-vaisselle et que le lavage reste imparfait. Après, dans un appart hôtel, il vaut toujours mieux relaver la vaisselle pour l'utiliser

A fuir

Établissement en fin de travaux de rénovation (mais pas terminé). Des portes pas repeintes pleines de traces, des joints pas posés, des meubles encore emballés dans les coins de l'appartement et j'en passe. La veille, on nous demande notre heure d'arrivée, le jour même nous arrivons à l'heure indiquée. On nous demande alors de patienter "5min" le temps que l'on termine de préparer la chambre, résultat nous avons attendu une demie heure pour que finalement tous les lits ne soient même pas prêts... et la cerise sur le gâteau, d'énormes fenêtres, très bien, mais aucun rideau ni volet. Donc réveil aux aurores obligatoire avec la lumière en pleine tête.. autant dire que je ne recommande pas du tout.

A lire les commentaires, plusieurs appartements sont en location dans cet immeuble. Typiquement des appartements loués auparavant en longues durées et maintenant en séjours courts. J'étais dan l'appartement où les ampoules de têtes de lit étaient toujours absente. Pas de set cuisine: torchon, liquide vaisselle, éponge, pas balais. Pas de gel douches. Des rideaux pas assez larges et non occultants. Du simple vitrage côte cour... Après la gentillesse des gardiens et l'accueil étaient parfait. Il ne faut pas hésiter à leur demander s'il manque quelque chose... Mais les déranger tard le soir ou tôt le matin, c'est dérangeant. Il manque donc juste un tout petit quelque chose pour que nombre des commentaires non sataisant disparaissent.
