Only stayed for one night whilst watching the Olympics at the nearby stadium. Great parking at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if visiting, the only strange thing about the location was that it was in the middle of the University campus.

A comfortable stay in a convenient location for the stadium, and metro into the centre of Lille. Friendly staff and a good selection of traditional food. Room had no curtain, just netting, and the tap water ran slow.

The staff was very helpful and always eager to help. Location is also strategic and close to all ideal family hideouts. Our only improvement point would be the rooms could have been cleaner. When we checked in there was a lot of dust in the room and we requested they clean but that did not happen.

Great location for the stadium BUT no weekend restaurant. We arrived on Friday for a 3 night stay to be told restaurant only opens Monday to Thursday evenings. As hotel is in the middle of a university complex, no other options were nearby. Eventually found a lovely restaurant called Le Table beside the stadium which was open on the Friday. Take the metro into Lille for restaurants.

Good value for the price considering the Tour de France Grand Depart was in the city. Situated in a nice, quiet area of the Metropole with good parking and easy access to the main city. Bedroom is a bit dated but big and it did get warm with just one fan to cool the large room. The rest of the hotel is clean and slightly dated, but it was value for money. The staff were very friendly and there were English speaking staff there, but they did let me try and speak my GCSE French before taking over which was nice. Didn't have breakfast or the bar but it looked clean in there as well. Recommended for a quick, cheap trip

The room was an acceptable size for a twin. Some of the sockets were not working and the radiators were turned off, despite the freezing temperatures outside. Being plumbed heating it took a long time to come through. The beds were quite short, anyone over 6 ft would struggle. Breakfast was great if you got there at opening. If you arrived an hour later the hot food was burned, overcooked and not being replaced

Hotel is pretty dated, beds are uncomfortable and there’s no air conditioning. We left the windows open and all we could hear was people screaming and shouting all night.

Hotel ne méritant pas ses étoiles... Manque de personnel a l'accueil, un serveur tres gentil mais ne connaissant pas les basiques du bar, n ayant pas le nécessaire pour travailler, ne connaissant pas les boissons, les cocktails et la disponibilité des ingrédients.... Nous sommes arrivés a 16h30 et les 2 chambres que nous avions réservées n étaient pas prêtes....

Quelle horrible idée d’avoir choisi cet hôtel. Mais bon la faute au concert de Theweeknd qui a saturé l’offre hôtelière aux alentours du stade. Vendu sur le site comme un hôtel 3 étoiles je me demande où elles sont. Notre chambre a connu la guerre. Sale, mobilier vétuste et usé. Insonorisation déplorable.
