Been here for more than 10 times with this property and i have not experienced issues.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at. Service was impeccable and rooms are gorgeous.

Centrally located, beautiful, clean & spacious suites, and very friendly & helpful staff esp Carl @reception. It is attached to a fantastic Gym, with swimming pool, steam room, sauna, squash courts, and has excellent dining facilities and Metro close by. Highly recommended!! 5 stars is an understatement!!

Most excellent stay. Beautiful sleek apartments. The coffee experience was wonderful.

We loved everything about our stay here except for the beds themselves. We chose this place as it was a relatively long-term stay for work so we loved the idea of having a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, etc. And the place was awesome for all of those reasons. But the mattresses just weren't very comfortable. I highly recommend that Level upgrade their mattresses or puts some memory foam or mattress toppers on some of the old mattresses to improve the quality of the sleeps.
