"Our stay at the Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone was great. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a kitchenette and it was perfect. The whole place was very clean and the staff all very friendly. The laundry facilities were free to use and if you didn’t bring detergent they had some. The attached restaurant had a very nice bar and the food was good. It was nice to be able to just walk downstairs and into the bar after a long day in the park. The only thing to note is that the kitchenette was not stocked with any silverware, plates or even paper towels. So that made meal prep in the suite a little challenging. But we will definitely stay there again."

"Spent several days there, visiting Yellowstone. Very convenient to the entrance. This place shows it's age in places. Shower was never hot, warm at best, and sometimes lukewarm to cool. They had a tv system that I'd never heard of, LG Channels. You could also use a few of your own streaming apps, but no way to access local channels. I've been all over the country, I've never stayed anywhere that you couldn't access local channels. And the wi-fi glitched...a lot. They had a simple breakfast, pastries and such. It was fine to get the day started. Staff was great. Housekeeping came in our room every day, even when we asked them not to... no speeky englee. As I said, staff was great, but tv was weird. Would probably explore other options."

"Staff was really attentive very helpful with picking places to go visit. Super friendly. Room was is almost 110% minus the little faint smell of wetness. That’s just being picky. Enjoy the free breakfast with waffles. Muffins bagels love the Nutella and peanut butter option with a strawberry cream cheese. Amazing overall a great place very happy with my choices from my family on a great journey and vacation."

"Room was clean and appropriate. The property is dated and we are not going to use it in the winter anymore. The room entry door had gaps which we stuffed with towels to prevent the freezing air cooling down the room too much. Location is pretty good. Close to stores and restaurants. For kids they charge $5 They should have fixed a price including breakfast for all guests. Inspecting people before entering breakfast area looks awkward."

"The room was poorly laid out ...no proper sitting except on bed and the bed reflected that as it was broken down on the edges and uncomfortable to position to sleep. As the light from outside flashed through the windows you could see the voluminous amount of dust and hair left on the floor. The restaurant was very bad...poor service to the point we walked down the street for EVERY meal. Location was okay and the staff were pleasant."
