"Excellent property and service. Anel at front desk was so sweet and excellent in the morning . I wish I asked others for their names. The only problem we had was when we booked for 2 queen bed we got only a king bedroom assigned and the front desk lady when we arrive late at night was rude."
"West Yellowstone it’s a small outdated town and it’s hard to find a decent hotel so this means that you overpay for a mediocre hotel. If I had paid half of the price of what I paid, I would probably have no complaints but because it’s so overpriced, you are expectations are a little bit higher.
The pros are location is great. It’s in the middle of town walking distance to tons of restaurants shops in five minutes away from Yellowstone Park entrance. Oh, and breakfast is actually really good too...
"I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking for a well-kept, convenient property with breathtaking views. One of the owners, Will, discovered that we didn’t have a ride to a local restaurant (no Uber drivers come out this far … poor planning on our end), and he offered to personally transport my husband, daughter and I with his own personal vehicle. He gave us some pretty amazing history of the area on our drive and refused to allow us to pay him. We are so grateful for their hospitality....
"Rustic lodge with a huge kitchen suitable for cooking, etc. It is quite a ways from the west entrance to Yellowstone, if that is your plan, but is in beautiful country and the town of West Yellowstone is not very desirable - much too touristy. Also this is made clear in the description - that it is a 30-45 minute drive to the Park. Staff was helpful and friendly. Grounds could use some clean up."
