Wonderful hotel if you are travelling to Lima. It is very conveniently located/ within walking distance of nice neighbourhoods with lots of restaurant options. The beach is also a walkable location from the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet for sleeping. They provide a hot cooked breakfast with fruit options, coffee/ tea, and fresh juice. All the staff were very friendly and informative. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hospitality was the best part, everyone working was so helpful and always up for a conversation or to give reccomendations. The place was great, with good rooms, a simple breakfast included, and good location away from the noise of Barranco

Great clean bed and breakfast. The staff is very helpful with questions and give great recommendations. Center of Barranco is a 15 minute walk away and plenty of food options around the area. I will definitely be back next time.

The hotel was immaculately clean. Our beds were so comfortable. The shower was excellent. The hotel also held our luggage on our last day and then let us hang out in the lobby for a couple of hours, which was so kind of them. We were so happy to end our trip to Peru here.

Overall, this is a very nice accomodation at a reasonable cost and in a good neighborhood. The staff is particularly friendky and helpful. It was a regret that there was no hot water for wash sink, the wash sink drainage stop didn't work, and one had to put dirty toilet paper in a open waste basket.

This place was amazing everything you could ask for. Great price the staff is incredibly and beyond friendly. Everyone who works here is incredibly helpful great homemade breakfast in the morning clean hotel rooms I cannot say enough good things about this property I stayed in five different hotel rooms on my trip to Peru and this is far and away!

Very good, reasonably priced option

This is a very good option for Barranco within easy walking distance of the main sites. Our room was a bit tired/worn in places - cracks in a couple of tiles etc but there is something endearing about the property. Breakfast was cooked to order & tasty, staff (especially Elisabeth who seems to be the Manager) very helpful. A good, comfortable, no frills option.

Elizabeth and her team, from check-in to cleaning to breakfast are fantastic. They worked hard to make me feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent . Elizabeth does a great job. The location is fantastic - just a street or so back from the malecon . In a perfect location in Barranco and also walkable to Miraflores. The only thing , and nothing to do with the hotel , is to be a bit careful late , late evening if walking. I'll be back .

We stayed two nights at 3B Barranco, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Elizabeth and the weekend staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and they even packed us a to-go breakfast when we had a very early flight, which was a really nice touch! Conveniently located a short walk from the action in Barranco, with some dining options within the same block. I would highly recommend booking this small boutique hotel!

We had to leave before breakfast was being served so they made us bagged lunches to take with us to the airport. The front staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Definitely stay here.

Great place with great people

Elizabeth communicated with us as soon as we booked. She was able to secure a driver to pick us up from the airport and was extremely welcoming. The place is clean, comfortable, and in a good location in Barranco. Breakfast was included with a choice of menu which included cooked to order eggs and fresh squeezed orange juice. Tea and coffee available 24/7. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. So happy we found 3B.

This was a good location with great hosts. Easy walking to Barranco's central area and good options to get everywhere else. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the place was superbly clean, and its only a 10 min drive to the beaches and a 10 min walk to a really good restaurant/bar area in Barranco. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location. This place is modern, clean, and comfy - the bed was perfect and the shower pressure was great! The friendly staff were all full of recommendations for the area. The served a nice breakfast and we enjoyed the cafe across the street for drinks in the evening. I highly recommend 3B!
