About this property

Apartment one block from Barranco's Malecón

  • The apartment is a small and cozy place with an excellent natural lighting and ventilation, has a well equipped kitchenette, a room with a queen size and very comfortable bed and a double sofa, two benches and a small balcony.

    The place has a beautiful view to the top of the Av. San Martin trees and it is located 5 blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, design stores, book stores and the main plaza of Barranco.

    Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building and it is a cozy and equipped place with everything you need to have something closer to a home-like stay.

    Me and my dad are very glad to be always available and attentive for our guests.
