About this property

Apartment one block from Barranco's Malecón

The apartment is a small and cozy place with an excellent natural lighting and ventilation, has a well equipped kitchenette, a room with a queen size and very comfortable bed and a double sofa, two benches and a small balcony.

The place has a beautiful view to the top of the Av. San Martin trees and it is located 5 blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, design stores, book stores and the main plaza of Barranco.

Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building and it is a cozy and equipped place with everything you need to have something closer to a home-like stay.

Me and my dad are very glad to be always available and attentive for our guests.

Its like an apartment with a sevuroty guard. Somewhat helpful but when the fire alarm went off near midnight, he seemed to care less about letting people know it was a false alarmFoul smell in bathroom, half of my shower door was broken and gone. The freezer had a frozen glob of stuff in the bottom. Floor wasnt clean, tv had diet and even lip pronts on the screen.With the street noise, the heat and having to keep window open just to tolerate the heat and humitdity, i would never recommend this place. Host did offer to change rooms, but i honestly felt ir would be a waste of time. The fan provided was barely enough to blow a gentle bit of air. Wasnt a case of get what you pay for. Ive paid less everywhere else i have traveled in peru and bolivia and every place was nicer and clean.
