Great property near the coast! Rosa was amazing and very helpful. She even let us keep our surfboards there while we traveled to Machu Picchu for a few days! Overall good experience !

La habitación es muy amplia, buen mobiliario, no me comunicaron las condiciones de estadía hasta un día después de estar en el alojamiento, no hubo información en cuanto a donde conseguir restaurantes, comunicación muy deficiente, me cobraban el aseo y no lo hacían, tuve que reclamar, pienso que cuentan c excelentes instalaciones pero no son bien aprovechadas con un servicio complementario de buen recibo del visitante.

There was nothing wrong with the place itself (but it was small too for 5 people although it was indicated to us 5 could sleep there), but we were late arrivals and we were short a bed as promised with really no solution of where to put a person to sleep. One of us was forced to sleep on a short couch with a blanket. No water is offered so that posed a problem as well although we were offered some juice.

I wasn't able to pay with my Master card, it was never mentioned that they only accepted VISA. I I was not given a receipt for the food. It was really hard to get in touch with the person in charge of the hotel. The person is always in the 5th floor. The hotel has a strange smell, not nice.

Casa Azul is in Miraflores district outside Lima Central. It is really peaceful and the apartments are spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners can rent bikes and provide a breakfast service if needed. We loved our star here.

L'établissement ressemble d'avantage à un bed and breakfast, sans breakfast. : Lors de notre arrivée, l'intercom pour entrer menait à une boite vocale. Aucune réception, alors très difficile d'avoir du service. Établissement non fumeur avec un mégot dans une chandelle de notre chambre et un verre de jus sale. Aucun savon et pas de sèche cheveux, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans les inclusions. Lunette de toilette brisée, donnant peur de tomber le popotin dans l'eau à chaque utilisation. Après 3 minutes, plus d'eau chaude dans la douche. ... La chambre était gigantesque et le lit confortable.

Muy buena ubicación, a menos de 100 metros del Faro, en Miraflores. A 10 minutos caminando de Larcomar. El apartamento es bonito y funcional. Sin embrago, la limpieza y las condiciones generales del inmueble dejan que desear. El servicio, muy amable.

Overall an OK experience

The staff and the owner are very nice and hospitable people. However, this is more of an airbnb experience with an on site host, rather than a boutique hotel with an active front desk. Good location, cool vibes. The rooms on the premises are very big and have comfortable furniture. The building is cold, and the plumbing definitely needs to be fixed. There is a foul stench coming from the drains, toilet etc. Need to leave the windows open. You have about 5 good minutes of hot water, and after that Luke warm. Pretty typical for Peru anywhere you stay that isn’t commercial hotel. No soap, or hair dryer. For 45$ a night (what we paid) was fine... we could deal with inconveniences, however any more money wouldn’t be worth it.

Property is located in the heart of Miraflores, walking distance to the parks and walk way near the pier. Additionally, property has a very nice Peruvian look inside, is comfortable and has a nice layout of the rooms. My only issue was the lack of immediate assistance from anyone at the location. We had a hard time getting in contact with any employee at Casa Azul during our stay.
