  • This one bedroom, one bathroom studio with a large balcony (ocean view and a beautiful park view) and private parking is located on the seventeenth floor of the Studio4 building in Barranco, the amenities of which include a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sky bar, coworking, laundry service and 24/7 reception service. Barranco is a lively and vibrant district full of culture and nightlife, where one can enjoy marvelous traditional Peruvian cuisine and local drinks. Studio4 is located only 2.4 miles from the beach (an 8-minute drive), and walking distance from local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
    The studio itself is quite cozy and features one smart TV, a queen bed, blackout curtains, All-in one washer/dryer, microwave, oven, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. We also provide complimentary wi-fi, and access to local entertainment and sports networks.
