Got there at 9AM so could've yet check in but allowed me to sit in their lounge in the meantime. They were very attentive. The room was great soacious and exactly what I needed. I used the lounge for morning reading and and goid breakfast buffet. The gym, though small, was perfect for running on the mornings where the city was too wet/slippery.

A Great Choice, But No Gold Perks

Located in a safe and convenient area, this hotel offers a great experience with warm, courteous, and efficient service. The buffet is diverse and of high quality, providing a variety of delicious options. However, despite being a Gold member on Hotels.com, I did not receive any special recognition or extra benefits. While the stay was comfortable, it would have been nice to see some acknowledgment of loyalty status.

Great check in. Air conditioning, WiFi and television work well. Clean quiet with no vermin. Good location. Great housekeeping and security. Nice whirlpool on the roof but couldn’t use it.

The hotel is located in a safe and nice location. I had an issue with the room cleanliness the next day and the housekeeping staff came and cleaned it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast offers limited options and there was no English language description on several breakfast dishes which was inconvenient to non-Spanish guests. There is no room service for lunch and dinner. The front desk and security was professional and helpful.
