This is a great place if you are a solo traveler just looking for a place to crash in Miraflores that won't break your budget. It is shared with an older guy (the owner) who was super courteous and during the week, arrives home from work very late so you don't see him much. Make sure that you speak some Spanish though, although I don't think it would matter. The bathroom was perfect and (I think) private (nobody else used it). I'd stay here again if I returned to Miraflores!

Good place to stay. Clean and well located. Only negative issue is bathroom sink. The water from the faucet do not flow with pressure.

コンドミニアムだと思い予約し、深夜に到着すると、生活感があるリビングとキッチンがありました。不審に思い内部の部屋を開けると、何と見知らぬ男性が寝ていました。パニックになり、レセプションの男性に聞くと、英語が通じませんでしたが、どうやら家主の模様。別居中の子供が自分の部屋を貸し出しているようです。 ベッドはシングルなので二人だと狭いです。またバスアメニティは表記と違い、何もありませんでした。 立地は素晴らしいのですが、ホテルではないことを明記してほしかったです。少々気を遣ってしまう滞在になってしまいました。

A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Miraflores at an excellent price. Though the bed was slightly small for 2 to sleep in, everything else was very good and convenient. This is one of the best neighbourhoods in Lima, close to the sea and Larcomar shopping centre, with good restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away.
