"Rooms were clean and modern, however when we were there the hotel was being refurbished/extended. Restaurant was randomly closed on Tuesday night, as was others in the area so ended up having to get an Uber Eats which they would not let us eat in the bar. Hotel is well situated with some decent walking routes and the restaurant opposite in the old train station is very good. Hotel could do with a Gym as there is little else within walking distance of the hotel. the food pricing in the à la carte...

Our room was up a single flight of stairs which were a bit steep without luggage but doable
The room had a nice wall A/C unit that kept us cool. The full breakfast buffet was amazing and so filling. We totally loved being in a castle and the rooms and furniture were amazing examples of the time period. We totally recommend a stay at this hotel"
"Everything was great, from the manor, to the rooms, the spa facilities and the restaurant. The rooms where very spacious and clean. The spa and pool facilities are very comfortable and well maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. We will come definitely come back!"
