"We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no one wants someone perfectly healthy and able to work asking for your money, and multiple trys at that. I worked damn hard for my money, and have no problem helping the needy....these people are lazy con artists. Beyond that, great stay, service, and atmosphere!!"

"Great stay! Had so many cute little touches that made it very welcoming. The parking spot behind the home was perfect. And we were thankful for the garden & lawn areas having brought our dog with us. They even left treats for our dog too! Definitely recommend if you need to be in the Cleveland area!"
